What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks or credit card and debit cards. Your debit or credit card will be processed on our mobile device on location.
How long will the party last?
You will need time to meet new people, mingle with the other guests, get a refreshment, and get settled into your canvas station. Each painting can be accomplished in 2 -2 1/2 hours. If alcohol is served, please make arrangements for your ride home.
What should I wear?
While we provide aprons to help protect your clothes, we suggest wearing clothing that you don’t mind getting paint on, just in case!

How much does it cost?
The price of the event is $30 per person and includes the canvas, paint, all art supplies and 2-3 hours of instruction for each participant and clean up. I can provide up to 20 paint stations with a minimum of 5 per party. Hosts provide the location, refreshments and facilitates payment. There is no other cost to having a party. No additional fees. Nothing more to buy or sell to your friends. Book a party online or call directly to reserve your date. Can my guests pay you directly? Yes, through the host. The host will be responsible for collecting the payments and then the deposit will be returned and applied to the total cost. If a guest has difficulty paying, the host will be able to make arrangements through their contact information. How can I reach you if I have questions? You may call 479.524.1389 or use the contact form if you have any questions that are not answered here. What is your cancellation policy? Schedules change. It is a fact of life. If you need to cancel your booking, call us 479-524-1389 at least 48 hours prior to the event and we will refund your deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours, we’ll issue you an internal credit to use when you reschedule. However, if you do not notify us prior to the event or no one shows up—there is no refund or internal credit available. You may cancel by contacting us through the contact page. How can I have a successful turnout for my party?

Do I have to RSVP to the event?
We strongly suggest you contact your host at least 2 days in advance of the event. Seating is limited by the venue size, and we want to accommodate everyone. We’ll do our best to accommodate walk-ins; however, we can never guarantee we’ll have a canvas station for anyone who has not responded to the host’s invitation and pre paid. What if I have not painted before or am not confident that I have artistic abilities? When it comes to painting, everyone starts at the beginning and follow step-by-step instructions. We make it easy for the inexperienced novice painter to create their own masterpiece in one session. How much does it cost? Contact us through the contact form if you would like to pay by card at the party. What should I expect at a SFN paint party? Expect to have a great time! Our events are social and entertaining events to be shared with friends, neighbors, coworkers, and new acquaintances that you meet at our events. We make the process of creating your own masterpiece a truly fun and unique experience. What do I need to bring to an event? Just bring your desire to have a good time! We will have all the supplies you need and your host will have all the food and spirits you love! SFN provides all the supplies and cleans up after the event. |

Corporate team building, bridal showers, mom’s groups, kids parties, or any other reason is a great reason to host a private event. Just simply provide a venue with tables and chairs, and we will provide all the art supplies. We do all the art setup and clean up, making it easy for you.
There is a flat rate of $30 per person with a minimum booking of 10 people. A 50% deposit is due at booking (based on estimated headcount) and the final payment is due 24 hours in advance of your group’s event. If your group event date changes, and we are notified at least 4 days in advance of the scheduled time, the deposit can be transferred to a new date booked within 60 days. |
